Curriculog is the University’s online curriculum management system. Users enter program or course proposal information on electronic forms. To login, click the ‘login’ button at the upper-right side of the screen and enter your netID and password. If you are unable to login with your NETid, please email Maureen Cronin email@example.com or Carolina Stickley firstname.lastname@example.org.
A dashboard with tabs at the top will appear on the left. The contents of the first tab, “My Tasks” will appear on the left side of the screen. If you have submitted proposals in the system previously, you will see them listed on the “My Proposals” tab. If you wish to start a new proposal, click “New Proposal” just below the tabs on the left. Then select the type of proposal you wish to create. Once you select a proposal type, you will see the data entry fields for that proposal on the left and the workflow associated with it on the right.
Once created, proposals are automatically saved in Curriculog. When uploading documents with your proposal, please save the file with NO SPACES in the file name.
Generally, proposals must be approved at the department, college, and university level before they can be implemented. Some program proposals also require Board of Regents and NWCCU approval. And the Graduate Council, the Core Curriculum Director, Core Committees, and the Core Board are also included in the workflow as appropriate.
