    Select "Program" in the "Program Type" field below. Launch the proposal before making any changes to the imported program description.

    Prospective Curriculum:

    Click on Preview Curriculum to view the program description as it will appear in the catalog. After launch, you may track revisions by clicking on the red pencil at the top right of this view.

    Click on View Curriculum Schema to access the cores or components of the program description. You will do your revisions in this view. Click on a core to expand the view and revise the contents. You may drag and drop cores to change their location or to change their relationship to other cores. Core(s) which are deleted from the imported program description will also be deleted from the catalog.

    Click on View Curriculum Courses (the default view) to add courses to the program description. This courselist includes only the courses listed in the imported program description.  Click on "Import Course" to import a course from the current catalog. Click on "Add Course" to add a course that does not exist in the current catalog. Courses must be included on this list before they can be added to cores.

    The Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science provides students with a solid background in agricultural science. Students will choose programs that emphasize in Animal Science, Plant Science, General Agricultural Science, or Agricultural Education. The Animal and Plant Science emphases are designed to prepare students for agriculture related high tech careers in the private and public sectors. The General Agriculture emphasis provides students with a broad knowledge base that combines animal and plant production with an agribusiness emphasis. Students who successfully complete the program are prepared to compete nationally for admission to high paying jobs and graduate programs in the agricultural and life sciences.
